All riders in a group must ride in an orderly manner in accordance with the law relating to road travel, not more than two abreast, and extend all reasonable courtesy to other road users.

The wearing of Hard Shell Style Helmets shall be compulsory for riders under the age of eighteen. Senior riders are encouraged to do the same.

All participants under the age of eighteen shall have had a consent form completed by their parent/guardian.

A parent or guardian must accompany riders under the age of sixteen.

It is advised that all riders should carry a form of identification showing their name, address and contact details of person to be advised in the eventuality of an accident.

It is also advised that all participants carry enough food, drink, money, mobile phone, spare inner tubes and a working pump, as well as extra clothing to complete the ride being undertaken, taking into account the route and possible adverse weather conditions
