As you start to prepare for the Wokingham Bikeathon you might be thinking about what healthy snacks you could take along with you on a ride.

Fruit and nuts make useful snacks. The fruit will provide fast releasing energy and compared to sweets it also has the benefits of vitamins and fibre.   Nuts are a good source of protein and will keep you fuller for longer, providing slow energy release alongside the faster energy from the fruit.

As part of our contribution to reducing plastic waste, the Bikeathon committee is considering offering water for riders to fill their own bottles, rather than providing bottled water as we have done in the past. Read more

On-line entries close midnight Thursday 22nd or enter on the day. Adults £20, 12yr-17yrs £15, under 12s free.

Registration and the start area are at Cantley Park.

Registration open 8.45am to 10.30am. Just roll up, register and ride!
