Costs
The cost of entry on-line via Sientries will be:
- 18 years and over £20 plus optional £3 for sustainable medal.
- 12 to 18 year old riders £5 plus optional £3 for sustainable medal.
- Under 12 year old riders are free and can collect a sustainable medal.

Under 18 ?
If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult, and a parental consent form must be completed and handed in at registration. Parental Consent Form
Please Note
- This is an open road event and riders must obey the Road Traffic Act and Highway Code at all times.
- There are no specific security measures at the event hub.
- Personal locks are recommended if you are leaving you bicycle unattended.
- Please be advised that participants to be covered for theft and accidental damage under their own private insurance policy.
- Can we also remind you that participants and others that their personal property is their own responsibility.

Essential Items to Bring

You should carry basic tools, inner tube and a pump to fix punctures. A basic first aid kit is suggested if riding with children. There will be mechanical support if needed prior to the start. This support should not be relied on to fix existing problems with your bike, but to help resolve any problems that have occurred on the way to the event

Registration & Start Times

You can register on-line, by clicking here , or register on the day.

Sign in for both pre-registered and ‘on the day’ riders will open at 8:15am and closes at 10:30am. On arrival at Cantley Park please report to the Sign in tent with your helmet.

Please note; if registering ‘on the day’ payment can only be contactless.

Riders concerned about completing in the time available are urged to start as early as possible.

When you have signed in, please join the group of riders waiting to start. The start marshals will start riders in small groups at intervals . Listen to any instructions and route information the start marshals gives. Once you are instructed to, you can start the ride.

With all routes starting at once, please be particularly aware of riding with consideration on the roads. Riders may be overtaking slower riders. If this happens please check behind before overtaking for other riders or vehicles, and please let passing cyclists know you are overtaking.

Families are advised to register after 9am to avoid the crowds.
